i thought finally i can have some time and peace for myself to rest.
cuz vouchers are all fully redeemed at 6pm today which means our promotion is over, much earlier than expected though.
didnt plan to meet anybody after work cuz i wanted to REST, already damn TIRED.

but it seems like i'm not fated to get some rest.
cuz my whole house had MAJOR electricity failure.
it just tripped and everything went out.
we tried to do something to both the electric box inside and outside the house but still no use.
called some numbers from yellow pages but every company keep pushing us to another company.
arrgh.
2men from MEC came up but they said our whole electric box inside our house is spoilt.
we must get our own contractor to fix it.
*faints*
it was already 9plus at night!
so we had to try calling a few other numbers to get people to come.
waited for damn long.
3hours without electricity, it was pitch dark and so warm!
had to use torch light and shine for dad to see when he tried to check the box.
and he was venting his anger at us.
haiz.
the repair work cost 100plus bucks.
our family damn sway this year.
so many things spoiled.
sofa, fan, water heater, kettle, PC, washing machine, vacuum cleaner...
all must change new ones,
which means a lot of money gone.
haiz.

i wonder if mum will still let me stay in hostel.
my dream seems to be getting further......
unless i think of ways to fork up the money myself.
money please fall from the sky!!!

mum is back to singapore early in the morning.
so for the 1st time, the whole family is awake at 7plus.
received gifts from her, but her taste is still too different from mine :x
but amazingly the gifts she got for sis & dad (they got the same things) are nice!
seems like her taste for guys things are better, haha.
but anyway thanks mum and glad that you're back (to take back your 'position' at home)! :)

my plans after work turned out all screwed up.
1st plan was to meet up with zhihao cuz i actually saved the day for him to give him his treat and post celebrate his birthday.
but he meeting up with his secondary school friends and invited me along.
i dont wanna be extra so rejected but thanks for asking.
2nd plan was to celebrate jihan's birthday cuz zairong called me last week and informed me but until yesterday there was no news about it so i thought it was canceled.
3rd plan was to join piggy's friend's BBQ birthday party but i guess i'll be extra there too.
so i proceed to 4th plan which is to ask yanni & jing out since we wanna meet up.
but jing wanna spend time with her boyfriend so only yanni is free.

happily planned everything then zai suddenly called at noon to say jihan's celebration still on.
*faints*
so i've to cancel my date with yanni.
i know yanni was unhappy cuz i was the one who asked her out.
so sorry yanni :(

and ended up i was the one who messaged the rest when zai is supposed to be the 'organiser' but he booked out very late so he was very tired.
fahizul came to look for me after work cuz his date pangseh him.
i asked him to join us since he's free.
but we've 2hours to rot before the meeting time with the rest so we actually walked all the way down to raffles city from paragon!
did window shopping before meeting jihan, taiwei & zairong.

went to marina square, met sean there and he tagged along.
ate at swensens and johnson only came to join us after we finished our main courses.
anyway only half of us ate. had desserts too.
but i was really pissed about the billing part.
we're supposed to pay for our own share and forked out money for jihan's share.
like hello, she's the birthday girl!
but end up she and i had to pay the most cuz most of the guys only paid for their own share.
arrgh.
and ya, they were just happily chatting among themselves about their NS things.
yes i do understand that they've a lot to talk about NS but isnt the birthday girl the main character?

i'm glad that at least i went so jihan and i just talked among ourselves too.
but i feel sorry for her too...

and sorry to fahizul.
everytime i asked him along for something, he always keeps quiet.
he cant join in the guys conversation cuz he's under civil defence.
i just hope he doesnt feel left out...

my conclusion is: guys are very bad organisers.
no offence, not pin-pointing at anybody.
personally i just felt that this gathering wasnt great......
